This research is part of the Master Information Management at Tilburg University in the Netherlands. It answers the main question how Big Data Analytics enable Service Innovation in healthcare. It describes how this relationship is established in cases and makes additions to the literature. It has been a long process to finish this research, but after a lot of hard work and long days it is finished. The work has been very educational, because I learned how to do research, but also learned a lot about BDA in healthcare and how it fits within healthcare processes. I would like to thank KPMG for giving me the chance to conduct this research within the organization and make use of organizational knowledge and network. Especially, I would like to thank my KPMG supervisor Twan Engels for coordinating my internship within KPMG and his insides in my work. Also, I would like to thank my supervisor from the university professor Martin Smits for coordinating the period and giving space and time when I needed it. Lastly, I would like to thank everyone who helped me with interviews, advice and collegiality. This period has been a major development for my student career.
